To live this challenge we have adopted a lifestyle of eating right, getting a good amount of exercise and playing in the moment, following our bliss. We are by no means perfect but we are feeling as best as we can getting there.

A positive mindset is a powerful place to create from and we think the best place to start is taking a good look at what we are consuming. After much consideration, we have chosen mostly to be vegetarian, and at the best of times completely raw. Yes it’s true…an amazing, clean energy comes from eating this healthy.
